Are you interested in helping, planning, organizing, & being a part of the 15 year class reunion planning committee? We need help in the following areas... Design a sweet lil' invite. Compile an accurate class list. Request photos from everyone, and assemble a sideshow...for viewing :) (even if you are not attending--please submit pictures) Help with making a memoir's book & taking pictures at the events. We have lost a few of our classmates over the past years. It would be nice to include something tasteful, in remembrance of them, also to contact their families in acknowledgment..send an invite with a note. Entertainment! Live band, dance floor, DJ? Some of our own talented folks? Input please. With the invite: include a list of lodging options for accommodations locally (no celebrating and driving.) Assistance with coordination evening Sit down dinner at Kahleen's patio courtyard restaurant in Healdsburg. Saturday, June 27, 2009 Assistance with coordination for an afternoon family potluck picnic at a Sonoma County Park. Sunday, June 28, 2009 Kahleen has a few bids out for the meal from local caterers as she prefer to host this one and not be cooking! Is there a Class account? Finances..do we have $$ left over? How to access it, what bank is the account at? Anything else bring it! Sincerely appreciate everyone's input. Events always turn out when there are many hands and many minds at work. Ready to help?
